You can permanently delete your Gold Ledger account and its data at any time. You do not need to contact us first — it can be done inside the app in under a minute.
Your account is removed immediately and you are returned to the login screen.
Nothing is retained on a delay and there is no recovery period — the deletion is immediate and permanent.
If another user sent you simulated tokens, a copy of that transfer stays in their transaction history, because it is part of their own records. That copy contains your account identifier and the email the transfer was sent to. We cannot remove it without deleting that other person’s data. Nothing else about you remains.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot complete the steps above, email us from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you.
Please include the email address on the account and the words “account deletion request”. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 7 days and always within 30.
